Meet Ella Moore, the compassionate founder of RoseGate Home Care Agency. Her vision and dedication drive our mission to provide exceptional care to those in need.
Ella Moore is the heart and driving force behind RoseGate Home Care Agency. Inspired by a family legacy in healthcare—her father, Lloyd Watson, an EKG technician, phlebotomist, and nurse, and her grandmother Irma Watson and grandmother Amzie Moore, both nurses—Ella grew up surrounded by the spirit of compassionate caregiving.
In 2014, Ella’s own life was touched by a diagnosis of ductal carcinoma. After navigating her breast cancer journey and seeing her sisters, Wilynthia Moore and Andrea Moore, face similar challenges, she became even more dedicated to creating a space where families could receive the best in-home care possible.
Through Rosegate, Ella has transformed her presonal experience into a mission of compassionate support for every client. She dedicates this business to her ancestors, whose legacy continues to guide her path, and to the Most High Great Spirit, whose presence inspires her purpose.
